HI! Here at Sewing by Stephanie I like to make products my customers love. I try to make my designs and fabric combinations as fun and interesting as I can to appeal to the majority of people, but if there are any specific combinations you would like to see please let me know and I will make a custom listing. I love working with the customer to make custom listings.
I try to price the items I make competitively, but please note that each item I make I put multiple hours of my time into and I only use the best materials, and the price reflects that.
I accept all modes of payment that Etsy supports. For custom listings please be timely and pay promptly. I cannot get started on custom orders until I receive payment.
All ready made items are shipped within 1-2 business days via USPS first class mail within the USA.
For items made to order, I try and make the item within 4-6 of receiving the order so I can ship it out ASAP, but delays can happen and items can take up to 1-2 weeks to ship. If there’s EVER a delay that will cause an item to ship more than a week after receiving the order I will contact the buyer and explain the circumstances and in some circumstances offer a cancellation.
Please note that in the months of November and December production times may be longer as I normally have more orders to fill. Thank you
I don’t normally allow returns or exchanges, simply because I want to make sure each of my customers receives a brand new carrier that’s been made just for them.
With that said I stand by my work. If there’s ever a need for a repair please contact me and we can arrange a repair or a replacement. Buyer just pays return shipping.
